Committees

The Fundraising Committee is comprised of sub-committees for planning the Holiday Auction, Jazz in the Park & Golf Tournament.

The Program Committee is responsible for SIA’s signature programs, Live Your Dream and Dream It Be It, as well as service programs including Women’s Health, Youth Services, Scholarships and Holiday Collaborative.

The Technical Committee is responsible for finance, By-laws and Standing Rules, all reports to the Region and Federation, Storage Management, and coordination of meeting location(s)/restaurant arrangements.

Website/social media includes keeping the Club’s website and social media pages updated with current information. This committee will coordinate with other SIBBV Committees to gather information and work with the President regarding press releases as appropriate.)

The Youth Foundation Committee is composed of SIBBV members and designated community members and oversees long term investments and use of designated funds. The Chair of the Youth Foundation will receive regular reports from the Beyond the Bell Chair and provide reports to the Members at Board and Business meetings, as necessary.

Plays an essential role in Recruitment & Retention of new and existing members. This committee includes helping to assure that members are engaged and participating in club meetings and activities. They provide information/orientation to new members as needed. Maintains membership applications and recordkeeping (anniversary dates and birthdays) and works with the Treasurer and Web keeper to ensure the Club Roster is current. Offer TLC/Cheer to members in need.

To review requests from the community for donations towards their cause or need.

This is a new committee for 2025-2026 and will focus on implementing the New SIA Programs focusing on specific issues as determined by SIA (Currently Period Poverty, Intimate Partner Violence, Single Mothers & Trafficking.)
